Discovery
Define the problem, create personas, analyse behaviours and review the competition.
Ideation
Brainstorm ideas that solve the identified problem or business goals. Sketch out user journeys, User Interface ideas and features.
Selection
Review all outputs from the ideation phase, prioritise refine and vote. Agree on a finalised idea to take forward.
Prototype
Take the finalised sketch work and create an interactive prototype from hi-definition designs.
User testing
User test and validate the prototype. Amend and refine prototype based on test results.
